If you send us a private or direct message via Social Media the message will be stored within our password protected account. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary for which it was first collected. Your email address for sending on emails will be kept for 2 years after your last contact with us. You can also unsubscribe from emails, and request we delete your data. If you have donated to Miracle Street, we need to keep your information for 7 years to fulfil legal purposes for HMRC.
